Emerald Printing is a growing print, design and marketing company looking for a new team member that has strong customer service and inside sales skills.

This is a full time position whose primary focus will be customer communication, with a secondary focus on front office/administrative duties.
Customer communication will be email, phone and in person as needed. Gather information from customers to complete their projects and work directly with the production team to make sure projects are done correctly.

We are looking for someone with the following skills or qualifications:

• Proven customer service/inside sales and adminstrative experience
• Detail oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and ability to multi task
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong Math and Measurement skills
• The ability to work independantly and as part of a team
• Able to work at a desk for periods of time as well as lift 35-40 lbs (a case of paper)
• Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of manufacturing
• Print/Copy shop OR Graphic Design experience a huge plus
• Starting pay is a minimum of $16/hour, could be higher based on your customer service experience

**Our hours of operation are 8:30AM-5PM. Start and end times can be flexible if needed**
